Poor What made my stay uncomfortable was that of the bed and the pillows.. from work and travel you want to come to rest your head and body in a bed that will be comfortable and this is not the experience I got here at Circus Circus maybe invest in some comfortable pillows and mattresses other than that everything was OK.. The location is central to everything that is a perfect location

Fair The elevators sucked we waited 30 mins on Saturday and Sunday each time we wanted to go up or down. At one point we had to take the stairs up 11 flights that was the most horrible thing ever. Didn’t get to have breakfast

Fool Me Once.... Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too crowded. Children sitting on the floor waiting for their parents to check in. Nowhere to eat in a timely manner (without leaving the "resort") because all the lines in EVERY SINGLE restaurant was ridiculously long. Honestly couldn't tell which line belonged to each eating establishment. The line to the elevator to get to the rooms that the guest PAID FOR could have been alleviated if they would have allowed access to the staircase without sounding the alarm. Horrible experience. Sucked It took 2 hours to get my room key and 1 hour to get to my room. Ridiculous. Only 4 elevators or the stairs to the 24 th floor. Room prices
i would rather stay at another connecting hotel for future. staying at the sky tower was a terrible experience. Long walk from the main tower, then waiting in line for elevator about 45 mins-1 hr so just to get into your room. horrible experience with 2 tired kids each time we had to wait for elevator to return back to our room. waste of time, i would rather book another place for future stay. kids section

HORRIBLE PARKING. LONG WALK TO REGISTRATION AND LONG WAIT AT CHECK-IN. I won't be back Horrible parking. LONG walk from parking garage (PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK situation)) and LONG wait to get checked in. Exertion and waits overall really made my back hurt. Dirty towels and bags of trash were sitting outside multiple rooms on my way to my room. Not a place for an older person to stay at unless you are in great shape Security person who took me to my car on check-out was great. Staff overall was helpful
