Fair Having to walk at least a mile to our room from the front desk, to what felt like the "step kids" quarters. The area was deserted, none of the vending machines near by worked, and there are no microwaves in the room, so we had to walk over a mile to get food or drinks. The rooms are outdated, we prefer step in showers. Our original room had been given away, so we were in a handicap room, but I'm not sure how anyone handicap would be able to use the outdated bathtub. "The Row" all 3 hotels/casinos in one was nice. Disgusting Originally given a DIRTY USED room!!!! All of the vending machines with water were empty on EVERY FLOOR! No door sign left in the room no microwaves! Always a huge line to get onto the elevator! Will never stay here again EVER!!!! Parking garage was convenient.
We won’t be back! It was a very dirt atmosphere Not much, had to change rooms due to not being clean, hall floors were dirty with garbage everywhere. Bar glasses left for the 3 days that we were there next to the coke and ice machine, elevators never got vacuumed!
Bad Giving the wrong room twice.... No valet parking.. Not very clean room... Not much...
Poor Dirty. Floors hadn’t been vacuumed or swept. Elevator was filthy. Items were broken or missing. Towels were torn. Gross Very little
No me gusto Cuando llegue para registrarme tarde mucho y me entregaron las acotaciones y una no está limpio avía tallas tiradas y las camas todas sucias y después me dieron otras acotaciones y estaban un poco mejor pero el baño de ducha está con cabellos y sucio Las luces por la noche
Pretty nice! Most of the restaurants and shops were all closed the whole time we were there and we were looking forward to shopping and eating at different restaurants. The staff was nice and the room was nice as well. We had a great time on the Midway too!!!
