boring hotel, nothing to do besides the arcades. bed wasn’t comfy. pillows were all kinds of sizes. bed was dirty had crumbs under the comforters. door has a huge space under it. someone could possibly peek at you from under. no water for the coffee machine. coffee machine had dirty residue in it after I filled the water reservoir. all the card tables were closed. no good slot machines. the arcade

Check your room before hand Got a upgraded room after my first room was a joke just to be put in a supposedly better room just to have a horrible bed, a shower that didn’t drain and a room that was unfortunately fairly dirty They listen to my frustration and tried to address them

Unfreindly staff at the registration desk, not providing the room according to the reservation/price I had the reservation for King size Delux room. However, when I arrivedat the registration desk I was told that they didn't have any Kingsize room available, and gave us a two-bed Queen-size room. Osne of bad frames was even torn apart. I will never again stay at Circus-Circus in Reno, and if I do not get a full refund from them or you, I will never book a room thrpough you. Nothing

There were 3 other couples around us also stuck at their slots for the same issue. When my boyfriend went to find a service tech to give us all a hand, we were told no one could help and that we just had to wait. Eventu... read more
