I left a deposit for my AC on September 9, 2024 and was told that it was on backorder and it should arrive in a couple of months. UPDATE: The owner contacted me and explained what happened - I really appreciate him reaching out. I understand that they had only one person available. Still, I called twice and left a web contact message once, each time I was told "someone will get back to you shortly". We had a wonderful experience dealing with Justin, Anik and Eric and the guys that came for the installation of our heat pump. They answered all of our questions, didn’t leave a mess behind, and came very quickly when we had some issues with the thermostat later on. They really did a terrific and thorough job in our old house. We’re so happy we went with Cirtech instead of one of the big department stores!
unfortunately there was an incident with something that went missing from my daughter’s car and I called immediately and thought we’d settled the matter. Today after calling them last week because they’re unit wasn’t working and waiting a week for them to show up this morning. I just got a call 20 minutes after their promised arrival time and they said that we’d have to get another company to fix the unit that they sold me.
