Our original lending "team" at the largest lender in the US (with whom I've worked with multiple times as I am a Realtor in a different market) made what should have been a straight-forward transaction into a complete debacle! Well into our transaction, we found out that none of the local Santa Fe appraisers want to work with the largest lender in America, which is extremely problematic in any market, but especially a very hot Santa Fe real estate market! I would highly recommend Cissy for your home mortgage needs. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. Great communicator as well as lots of fun and laughs to help smooth out the rough spots. We closed on time despite Covid environment and being out of state.

I enjoyed working with Cissy to obtain financing for my home purchase. Cissy is amicable, clear, comprehensive and no-nonsense. The lending process was relatively painless despite taking place during Covid.

I never purchased a home before so I was skeptical. I was warned by friends to be prepared for all kinds of questions and challenges to buying a home.
