My grandmothers stay here for rehab was an exceptional experience. Victoria and the staff are nothing but amazing! Best nurses, CNA’s and doctors around. They go over and beyond for their patients! The facility is very maintained and couldn’t ask for more.
My 95 year old Mother was in for rehab and the head nurse, Victoria was amazing. Always attentive to my mother’s needs and to any questions her family had. My mother left letting Victoria know she will really miss her. So grateful to Victoria and Angelica and the aids as well as Uriel (rehab) for their care, diligence and attention to my mother. I spent two weeks here at the River forest site after having a hip surgery. I wish I could give more stars then asked for. The service is excellent and the staff is like having a family member caring for you. The therapy was pleasant and shaking people were great. Would recommend if you need care this is the place to be at.
The food is excellent and I love all the nurses. They are extremely helpful and try really hard to answer all your questions and if they don’t have the answer, they find out the answers for you. I wouldn’t want to go any place to else to recover. And their rehab is the best. This is my second time here and I’m so happy to be here. I’ve made lots of friends and that really helps me not to get down in the dumps. That’s half of getting well in my opinion.
After my mom’s hospital stay, I chose to send her to Citadel at Casa Scalabrini for rehab, where she stayed for a month.
