☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ My two family members recently stayed at this amazing facility for a post hospital short-term rehab. It is a faith-inspired picturesque senior living community. Out of many places that I had seen -- this one is a top notch! We were extremely happy with the nurses and CNAs, doctors, therapists, wound care, and administration. I have been so impressed with the care my brother has been receiving at Casa. Every level of staff has been so caring, professional and responsive throughout this difficult journey. Salma goes the extra mile with her compassion and help whenever I have a question or need. Victoria, Uriel, Rosita, Essa, and Teretita provide constant clarity and comfort for our family as we support our brother. My brother Keith Jones were there going on 3 months I was there morning to night each day I never experienced a nurse like Victoria who went beyond her duties to help any patient that needed assistance.. she didn't wait on cna I seen with my own eyes how gentle patient kind polite she was with each patient. Our experience with Citadel was truly invaluable. I never imagined the difference this facility—and especially its staff—would make in my wife’s life. When she arrived, she was so vulnerable, weak, and uncertain. But from the very beginning, the care she received was nothing short of exceptional. My 95 year old Mother was in for rehab and the head nurse, Victoria was amazing. Always attentive to my mother’s needs and to any questions her family had. My mother left letting Victoria know she will really miss her. So grateful to Victoria and Angelica and the aids as well as Uriel (rehab) for their care, diligence and attention to my mother.
