I recently had the opportunity to view the one-bedroom unit at your location. I was pleased to find that it is spacious and well-maintained. The amenities also appear to be updated and offer a pleasant living experience.

Realistically would give 4.8 ONLY because parking is crazy at night. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. I loved living here, super chill community, beautiful apartments, as a woman living alone I always felt safe. Literally would work out at night. Pool is beautiful. Maintenance was super helpful. Locked myself out once and wasn’t able to get into the appt until the office opened but that was on me I guess? Lol. Anyways would move back here tho 💅🏼

Update ** In regards to the managers reply below, you did nothing to help me with all the issues. I should have not had to call over 14 times and send over 24 emails for you to handle a situation. You definitely fell short as a manager. Moved into this complex in June 2024. Below is my experience 1st week, water heater went out, dishwasher went out, fridge went out, garbage disposal went out. I had such a great experience living in Citadel, the management is always responsive, friendly and helpful, the maintenance requests were completed within 2-4 days, depends on the issue, never had any problems with parking. Had to move out because of the job relocation, otherwise I would have never left the place. I highly recommend this beautiful complex, thank you, Ryan and Tiffany for making my stay in Citadel, comfortable and safe.

I’ve been a resident at Citadel for over 3 years, and my experience has been amazing! The complex is very well-kept, and I especially love the gym and pool, which are always in great condition. The front office staff is always respectful, friendly, and responsive to any issues. Ryan has been very helpful! The apartment prices are reasonable for the amenities and the overall quality of living. I would definitely recommend living here!
