I could have called, but I love a personal chat. Needed a car payoff. The great Happy man at the service desk went in back and in 3min gave me the payoff, the people inside of the branch in Thorndale are always super nice and helpful. Love real people, ( not AI) keep people in banking.
I always have a great experience with Citadel my Confidence doing my financial goals with them is great. I like that I have a face to speak to and not a computer. I'm a person to person kind of person so the Citadel in South Coatesville is people friendly. I don't want to change anything it a great human to human place.

Recently stopped in to open a new credit card and I was helped by Rachel Mann. She was extremely helpful and professional! Anything she was unsure of she double and triple checked to make sure we got everything set up right. I'm super thankful for her helping me today!
I've been a member for 38 years. I've seen Citadel grow by leaps and bounds. You used to be able to call a branch and talk to someone, now they have an AI voice agent that is keeping me from connecting to someone. When it does attempt to connect me to the Thorndale branch I'm told the voicemail is full and I'm disconnected. This sucks! Maybe I need to take my business elsewhere.
