A few months ago , had the pleasure of working with Antonia H. in the harleysville location to open a new account for my wife and I. Turns out we got multiple products and great bonuses for opening up with her and Citadel. Recommend them highly!
I went to this branch for some banking help while navigating a very difficult time in my life. Moon was kind and compassionate. I felt like he went above and beyond by taking the time to get to know my situation and sharing his relevant knowledge and experience with me. I'm just so grateful for Moon's help and relieved that this is one less thing I need to worry about for now.
The service experience at the Harleysville location is very friendly and helpful. My mom and I would like to thank Antonia Haddock for all her efforts in helping us with her banking needs. My review is for all citadel not this specific location. I had a car loan with this bank, I missed one payment around Christmas because I’m a single parent. I called the company letting them know I missed a payment and they said it was fine. Next thing I know they repo my car and charge me 600 dollars repo fee. This bank doesn’t care if you’re a single parent or going through a rough patch. All they care about is money. Luckily we were able to pull my loan from this bank and get my car back.
