Avoid the Citadel Branch at 2333 Welsh Rd in Lansdale- they are incompetent. I wanted to deposit money into a member’s account and Alpa Patel immediately told me I was unable to, which is a lie. I’ve deposited money into my friend’s account several times at other branches, as well as a few times at this branch.There is a proper protocol that this Citadel branch does not follow in order to complete this extremely simple task. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I couldn’t love this bank more. When I went to purchase a new vehicle, Citadel approved me for financing and so I figured switching over to them from TD Bank for all my banking needs would be easier. Boy, was I right! It’s a world of difference. The app is so easy to use, the cashback checking account is a nice option to have that most places don’t offer, and their ATMs have so many helpful services besides just deposit and withdraws. I recently opened checking and savings accounts at the Lansdale Citadel Credit Union and could not have been more delighted with the service I have received thus far. I love how there is always someone immediately available to greet you when you arrive - Samir and KC both are very thorough and take their time explaining programs and promotions to make sure you understand everything. Also, the no-charge coin counting machine is great!!
