Worst credit union on the face of the Earth. My recommendation is to stay as far away from them as possible. They don't keep their word and are a bunch of liars. Agreed to settle accounts along with changing how the payoff was recorded and claimed they don't know who I spoke to. No accountability whatsoever. They just want your money and do not care about their customers.
Atik helped my husband and I open a few accounts. He was friendly, helpful and joked with us throughout each step. Atik was professional and made the task feel like much less of a chore. We will definitely ask for him in the future.
Héctor was awesome. The staff here were pleasant to deal with and engaged me as soon as I walked through the door. This was the first time I've ever walked through the doors of any of the branches. I was in the area buying building products. Needed cash. Was thankful they were open. Wish there were more locations. I live in Reading and it is a hike to the locations. I deposited a check In my account which was bigger than my normal amount that I deposit, but none the less I deposit checks in this account every week. They put a hold on the check until 12/24/25 the check was deposited on 12.10/25. I called to see what was the issue they told me I need to provide them documentation about how I got that check now this is 48 hrs after the check was deposited.
