My grandmother is a resident her[e maybe long term and is working with the rehab dept! they are awesome!!! my grandmother loves the team! My grandmother loves her nurses and cna's and always compliments the cna's for being so caring and thorough. I am glad our family chose this as her place so far.
If I could give this place a negative billion stars I would. From the lack of communication between not only staff and each other but also between staff and members of patients families. Calls, messages, requests for return calls went unanswered. Everyday it was a different excuse as to why my mother did not have her medical supplies such as C-Pap machine as well as pain medications for several illnesses including those that are terminal. My sister in law spent her last days in the care of these wonderful people. The overnight CNAs were the sweetest young ladies who truly cared about her and her male nurse was a gentle giant. Thank you all who created an environment of making my sister in laws last days a special place.
Our grandpa was there for his legs/health & Crystal Pak was assigned to make his stay comfortable. & thats exactly what she did! She was very attentive and would constantly check up on him. She spoke with the family about how she can be a further help and she was always great to turn to if we had any questions. His wing/unit was nice & the nurses took great care of. Thank you!
My grandma was admitted for physical therapy and she absolutely loved her time there. She looked forward to doing activities, the food was really good and the meals were varied, and the CNAs, nurses and other staff were so nice. I think she actually misses it there the way she talks about it now. Highly recommended!
