The care my Mother has received at Citadel over the past few years has been very good. My family and I have gotten to know the staff over the time she has been staying at Citadel and we have been very happy with their efforts.
I have had a very pleasant experience at Citadel while they have been caring for my sister. My sister has enjoyed her stay and loves the biscuits and gravy.
The staff is polite and helpful. I would recommend Citadel to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

There is a few good workers there but very rude & disrespectful ones also especially 2nd shift my mom got her left leg amputated one of the CNAs told her to go hop to the bathroom they let her set hours in her diapers which can cause bed sore they ignore her when she turns her call light on they refuse to give her her pain meds when they finally give it to her the pains out of control I have to call just about everyday just to get them to give her meds the food is horrible half the time you never know wat it is I know if the... read more
