My dad was at Citadel of Sterling for a rehab stay and discharged last week. He is doing so much better after receiving excellent physical and occupational therapy! The nurses and aides were awesome as well! Highly recommend for your loved ones
This facility is great. My uncle completed his rehab here and every time I came to visit it was a good experience. The CNA’s were so attentive to his needs and the nurses were so knowledgeable. I would recommend.
My older brother recently had a very severe health incident. He was hospitalized and then required therapy and round the clock care. We were lucky enough to find Citadel in Sterling, Illinois to help him start his journey to health and happiness. I am lucky to be nearby and I’m able to visit daily. There was food stuck at the bottom of my moms coffee cup after she had drank all of it, it was stuck to the bottom, almost like a gel substance and the entire cup was outlined in something crusty. sure enough after I looked at her other plates, there were food on those too and not of the kind she had just gotten done eating, it was old and hard!!
