At the Spanish Springs branch, I was assisted by personal banker Jeffery Allsup and I can not praise him higher then a five because you don't have a higher number. I was setting up my new checking account and needed access to the money quicker than 10 days. H went above and beyond in helping me and also was very friendly and patient with me as I did not know what I was doing. Please note his personal file that he is a star and an employee that you need to be very proud of!!
Dear Sirs, 6-6-2025 Whenever I have a banking problem at the main street Spanish springs branch, I just go see Jeffery Allsup . He not only knows what he is doing, but takes the time to explain things in easy to understand terms. I think Main street is a very well managed branch and Mr. Allsup deserves a lot of the credit. Their rating super tracks. Horrible customer service super lazy and kinda rude employee . I came in to deposit cash. Yes it was in coin form and there was not enough to create roles. I explained to the cashier that I already counted out the change to create roles, and there was not enough of each coin to create a role and it was for bills and I needed it to be deposited today and he refused to count them. Jeff and Sara (fraud dept.) were so very helpful. They were very professional and sensitive. They walked me through the process of recovering from a computer hack. Thank you both!!!!!!!
Most uncooperative bank I have ever been a member of. I am a villages residint and selling houses in Virginia. Twice now. About 6 months apart I have requested services by a Citizens First notary public and been refused. I have proper id. Pretty well funded. Refused service. No problem anywhere else. Will not be a customer much longer.
