Alexander did an outstanding through job. He was friendly and explained the process and helped move furniture to investigate where the ants were coming from. Looking forward to the next visit. He followed up with a call to let us know he was done with the outside. We are very impressed with his polite professional demeanor.
We get bi-monthly treatments from Citra for spiders and ants. I really like Gabriel, the technician Citra has assigned for us the last 2 visits. He is friendly and professional and seems knowledgeable about different options when we experience little flare ups here and there.
