Great service! Alexander gave us a heads-up before his arrival, came within the scheduled time, provided a careful treatment for our problem, and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly.
I cannot recommend Citra Pest Control highly enough! Alexander came out today. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He was able to address our problem to our complete satisfaction! He called the owner Mike and the two of them worked together to find the best solution for our problem with Black Widow Spiders under our house! I highly recommend Citra Pest Control to family and friends!
Felix is very thorough and friendly. He explained all the steps that he was going through with me and took time to clear the cobwebs before treatment.
Jose Garcia is on-time, professional and friendly. He explains what he's doing for pest control, and what he's found (or hasn't found) as he's doing the treatment. Really appreciate that Citra includes cleaning cobwebs and other insect debris off the exterior of the house.
