Amazing Complex and Staff This place is exactly what I was looking for. Its kept clean and staff are so helpful. Collin Jonson was amazing!!! She took the time to explain the whole process, toured me around the complex and broke everything down so that I could really understand each document before signing my lease. I would recommend this complex to anyone, its really worth what you pay. I don't regret choosing this complex as my home, and my kids love it too.
Quality of Living I never dreamed I would be back in an apartment again. But life changes brought me here. Here to my apartment that I now call HOME. The most important thing I was looking for was a safe environment. This is a gated complex and has an advanced alarm system in my apt. I feel safe coming and going at any hour of the day. Citrus Creek East I have liv here for seven years and I have never experienced any issues. The staff is great and the owners are always improving the property.
Spacious and Convenient I moved here a few weeks ago and I'm enjoying my place so far....I met the maintenance guy who is very helpful and the staff very friendly! The grounds are beautifully manicured too!
Amazingly peaceful My husband and I have never lived in an apartment before. We bought our first house and lived there for seven years. However, after we adopted our son the expense of his adoption forced us to sell our house to pay off this debt. We were terrified to go from homeowners to apartment renters but it has been amazing. Since we've been living here(6 months) we've been delighted. The complex is very quiet and the amenities of the tennis court and the pool have been very beneficial.
