Customer Satification Tricia was a pleasant to work with. She did an amazing job ensuring I received everything I needed in an apartment. Even though she manages Citrus Creek East, she had the ladies hold the apartment while I decided which of the three I wanted since I lived out of state. Wonderful Location and Amazing Grounds The complex has recently been renovated and updated with new security gates, etc. It is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, banks, etc. There is, actually, plenty of parking and you can feel safe using the jogging trail, pools etc. at night unlike many places in the city.
administrative nightmares As long as any & all administrative matter run smoothly, should be a relatively peaceful existence & Citrus Creek West. But once you are forced to deal with First Lake Properties in general, hold on. Luckily the client-facing staff on the property does a good job at compensating for the sins of the corporate folks. just be sure to personally verify everything.
