To whom it may concern!! My experience with Alison that is running the show now at City Storage , is exceptional!! I hope she is recognized! She's an asset! If there were more team players with customer service like hers out there, it would be a better world! From professional appearance and professional work ethics, she's the full package!! And this not only goes for my own experience, I have also happened to hear her interact with other customers! Much impressed! I thought she owned the place honestly!
Moving is always "Not fun" however, my experience at the Holden Beach City Storage was great. Alison showed me several units of which all were squeaky clean. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I moved all of my belongings in and am confident that they will be safe and sound.
Alison Sprayberry was so great to work with! So informative and helpful. We have never had a storage unit before and she walked us through the whole process! She even stayed after hours to help us because we were just rolling into town at closing time! She was very sweet and welcoming!
I rented a storage unit here and was well pleased with the air conditioning in the unit and the cleanliness of everything. The main office was nice and Alison had made the whole process simple and enjoyable. thank you city storage
