Having never before rented a storage unit, I made some calls and visits to a few in the area. Upon my call to City Storage Holden Beach, I spoke with Alison, the manager there. Moving is so stressful. Especially when moving states! Alison was so helpful in getting the storage unit, that it helped reduce some of the moving stress. I would highly recommend this place. Not only for the clean units, but for the excellent customer experience. Alison is great!!!!

I never leave reviews but Alison deserves the recognition. She goes above and beyond! We have had to get 5-6 different kinds of units/parking etc. all at different times. She has happily helped us and we appreciate her so much!

Allison (unsure of spelling!) SAVED MY NIGHT! I desperately needed to access my unit and was locked out. My account was paid up but for some reason the old code I used was no longer working. I admittedly was frustrated since I needed to access my belongings! I called City Storage and sent out a Hail Mary email not expecting a response since it was going on 8 pm. Allison immediately called me back and got me squared away with my access code and I was able to get what I needed. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!
