Our facility is gated and we also have a robust security system including a high definition camera system. Donna is one of the most professional property managers in have came across She does go the extra mile for her tenants. She is always courteous and prompt when getting back to me. Wonderful customer service experience. The restrooms are always immaculate.
When I initially opened my storage unit account, a very nice young man was working the office temporarily, apparently Donna had been out with an illness. Shortly after opening my account, new management took over operations. Things quickly went down hill from there. NO one has worked the office for over a month now, the entrance gate is routinely inoperable, and the onsite dumpster hasn't been emptied in over 6 weeks. City Storage Holden Beach is a very nice facility. Super clean every time I visited my unit, as well as the bathroom. Donna is awesome! So nice to talk to and was busy working each time I saw her.
Donna was the bomb. Spoke on the phone and she was very knowledgeable. Came in to facility and she was there with a smile and lobby was very clean. Visited the unit and it was perfect and very clean. Rented united will definitely rent from them again.
This place is Awesome!! Very up to date and clean. Best part is Donna!!! She's always there to help you (you don't get that at other storage places) and Always so nice to talk to.
