I’ve had a locker for about a year and a half and it’s been great for most of the time whe Donna was there but I know she had some health problems and had to leave and until they were able to get Alison who I smiling all the time when you go in it’s worth dropping by just to see her smile, I had a problem with my debit card which was hacked and had to wait on a new card and I couldn’t believe it there was somebody in the office thank goodness they got you I’m gonna get you some referrals too. When I initially opened my storage unit account, a very nice young man was working the office temporarily, apparently Donna had been out with an illness. Shortly after opening my account, new management took over operations. Things quickly went down hill from there. NO one has worked the office for over a month now, the entrance gate is routinely inoperable, and the onsite dumpster hasn't been emptied in over 6 weeks. Donna is one of the most professional property managers in have came across She does go the extra mile for her tenants. She is always courteous and prompt when getting back to me. Wonderful customer service experience. The restrooms are always immaculate.
City Storage Holden Beach is a very nice facility. Super clean every time I visited my unit, as well as the bathroom. Donna is awesome! So nice to talk to and was busy working each time I saw her.
Called to rent a unit, money was taken from my account. Was told to come to the office and sign contract and show ID. Went to the office at 1:30 pm with no one there. Called the number and was told that they may have had to step away and that they would put out a call for them, that we should wait. At 3:00 the sheriff came to find out why I was there.
