Great location. Even better pricing. Easy to access and clean. Office staff is nice to work with as well. I now have two units there.

Great customer service! Always responds and/or answers the phone, accommodating and friendly. My unit is east to access and very secure!
Had storage here for about 10 yrs. Had no troubles in past. The last little bit is different. Manager is great but the rubber weather strip on bottom of door is deteriorating. My belongings are covered in dirt and sand. Their rates increase every couple of months. Don't be a day or 2 late on payment either. They'll lock you out.

Trailer got broken into over the winter and within the last 2 weeks was broken into again. security cameras are not working will never rent from them again
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are better storage places all over this city, who actually care about the customer. They messed up and took 100.00 from my bank account for rent after I had moved out. I have been getting the runaround from them ever since. 23 days and no refund in sight. First it was they were sorry and that it was due to the old email not being forwarded to the new email and that the managers manager would get it processed. Passionately hate them. They have consistently scaled back service and availability while driving up price. No secret that these aren't climate controlled units, but mine leaked during heavy rain. You can get similar sized units with a lower monthly rent at any other storage place in the Idaho Falls area (many of which are climate controlled).
