Terrible communication, especially when it came to questions around financials. Negligence when it came to handling critical work orders, security deposits, and ensuring delivery of maintenance. Go here if you want to lose money and spend time trying to figure out why.

This has been a very negative experience. I sent a message approx 2 weeks prior to moving there had been a change with our circumstances and we needed to check into options that we will not need a 2 bedroom My son spoke to Dori who informed him we would receive our deposit back but it will take a year to get it back. I sent a inquiry who had Dori call us, telling me well you must have been mistaken and your son certainly misunderstood me. You will get it back after the one year lease if you move. This housing company is the absolute worst! They half ass fix everything. They charge you an extra fee to work with them as if they are some housing association. The house we live in was dirty and unfinished when they said we could move in, pushing us back 2 weeks, and then expect us to have it looking like an Ikea display for showing now that we're moving out — or we don't get our deposit back. Do not use them! Rent anywhere else.

Do NOT do business with these guys. They will find ways to nickel and dime you for everything when you move-out to try and keep your security deposit. When we moved out we hired a professional carpet cleaner come clean our carpets and submitted the receipt as well as meticulously cleaned the place before leaving and STILL got charged ridiculous cleaning fees. It took weeks of fighting with them and threatening to go to court before they returned our deposit back. Do NOT do business with these guys. They are crooks!

We have had an on going mold problem for 2 months now and still no response on CJ’s end. Their guy came in and said it was just musty because of the age of the building. Had my mother’s (also a real estate agent) inspector come out and do an actual mold test since CJ’s guy did not. The levels came back very elevated, so we tried to email them again. All they did was brush it off again, said someone was gonna come out to check the crawl space and when he got here found out we did not have a crawl space entrance on our side of... read more

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE OR RENT PROPERTIES THEY MANAGE. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO MAKE A SINGLE CONCESSION FOR RESIDENTS IMPACTED BY COVID 19. IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Don’t bother with this company. An hour before my show time I was sent a very “professional” text by Ms. Tiffany letting me know the listing was removed from the market. I don’t know about you but I don’t enjoy playing games. Especially when I took time off work to be there. It’s bad business so therefore I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a better real estate agency.

We feel it would have been bad customer service on our part if we would have showed you a home that was no longer available. Horrible! I finally saw a property they had after a no show the 1st time. The home was nice and I was told to put in an application. I did and not even 24hrs later I received and email stating the house was rented and I need to get with an agent and find another property which pissed me off because if you had another applicant they should not have pushed so hard for me to pay the app fee to turn around 10 hrs later to tell me it’s no longer available. Please go back and read the application you signed that says units are shown until approved with deposit and application fees are also non-refundable. You also never sent in documents for us to process your application. I suggest that you have those documents ready the next time you apply for a unit so you do not lose another property.
