We rented an apartment that flooded in 6 spots. The problem was metastatic pressure. The owners told the inspector to get it ready to rent again. They (apparently) were not going to fix the problem. So renters before you rent from them, ask if the apartment ever floods. The only good thing that happened in this flooded situation, we got out of our lease. I recently moved in to one of their townhomes in blue springs. Over a week ago I found mold in my daughters room, the laundry room, living room, and half bath... The fact that it is in so many rooms worried me so my daughter and I have been staying elsewhere until the mold is fixed as she had started coughing and I was getting headaches. The worst agents and director. Yes Tiffany lies about communications, ReneA does care about wasting your time, it just your loss. Puts ads on Realtor that are misleading and misrepresentation.

Agents don’t respond and lie saying they did, don’t show up to scheduled viewing times wasting your time. Ads on Realtor are misleading and misrepresented. Renea is worst director and Tiffany worse agent rep ever seen or heard of.
I copied and pasted my original review that I posted in google since cjre just threatened me with their lawyer claiming I wrote a fake review. Why waste my time going to a random company and writing a fake review? Are all the other one star reviews fake too?? That's absurd. If they didn't harass people who put 1 star reviews maybe I would show my name. I WOULD LOVE TO GET LAWYERS INVOLVED. You guys should be sued. Terrible terrible company. Maintenance is never taken care of and the people are rude. You will see A TON of reviews saying the same. This business needs to be shut down. We had a nasty smell in our carpet that wouldn't go away. The lawn guy was careless and disregarded out vehicles. If something was wrong with out until we could never get a hold of someone to come out and fix it. I highly recommend renting though another agency.
