I have been renting from CJ real estate for over two years and it’s been great! Jackie were very helpful in trying to get some new locks so my young toddler couldn’t escape! They offer online options for paying my rent which amazing because I never have time to actually go up and pay in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good company to rent from.

I moved into a CJ Real Estate in Soulard. I love the unit and the organization as a whole have been very easy to work with. I had a concern with my assigned parking, but my original agent Ms. Carrie Rose and Tori Marshall responded to my concern ASAP. Two thumbs up to maintenance department, it take a minute to get my new blinds and toilet, which was due toCovid-19, sheltering in place ban, Jacob and Ryan rocked it out this week! Karen Strong

When I first started out I had a problem, thinking that I was talking to a agent from this company, but I was not. I started working with a young lady named Torie who I thought was not in my corner. As time progressed I found out that she was a wonderful person, and truly dedicated to her job. I like to say thank you for having patience, and be their for me even through the corona virus. I was stressing over the fact, since my sister and I share the rent and she doesn’t work during the Summer, we were not going to make rent the 1st of September. All Summer has been good up until this months rent. Talked it over in depth with Aaron and explained that situation and he made my life easier in 3 minutes! Very awesome customer service and I am thankful he was understanding.
