For your own sake, heed this warning. This is the most hateful, descriminating and predatory management company imaginable. If you are white, dont even do a showing. They lie, cheat, fraud, and refuse to do maintenance for months on end. They report false lease violations, late payments, and "evictions" to prevent future leasing at other companies, if they even cooperate enough to let you out of their entrapment lease. Every maintenance team member has been wonderful. They are almost always out to assess the issue within hours and have it fixed promptly as well. Most recent visit was from Talley (I've had another team member the last two times and he was wonderful as well). They're all very personable and efficient at their jobs and I appreciate all their help!
Talley did an outstanding job repairing my garbage disposal. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he fixed and what to expect after the repair. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Within a few minutes, it felt like I had known him for a while instead of just meeting him. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. I would definitely recommend Talley to anyone needing repairs.
It has been a REALLY long time since I have seen a property management company in Kansas City, MO's inner-city offer equitable housing options, human-centered care, quick responses and complete their tasks.
