Mary Froehlich works with Clagett as Community Association Manager. She is very friendly and helpful to everyone in the community. If you have a problem, she will work on it until it is solved. She works well with everyone and is respected by the HOA members in the community.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Clagett Enterprises has been nothing short of unacceptable. First, HOA fees continue to increase with little to no justification, yet the quality and timeliness of services have steadily declined. Despite Clagett's total annual income increasing nearly $150,000 in my condominium in the last 3 years, routine maintenance such as debris removal and lawn care is delayed, communication is poor, and they are still assessing HOA fees for a pool that has not been opened in nea... read more
They are a horrable company they employ registerd sex offenders as well as pedophiles and drug addicts. They utalize bullying tactics when they dont get there way. They steal funds buy expencive wasteful lunchions and banquits.
This is a very shady company with a bad attitude. They will try to scam you with FAKE RIDICULOUS fines . This company has an F rating with the better business bureau and not in good standing with the Maryland state attorney general and the Maryland real estate license commission. I suggest filing a complaint with all 3 agencies when you have any problems with this terrible company
