I have been living here for about 9 months now. I love the property and the price that I pay. I like that it is not in the hustle of bustle of things so it is not noisy at all around here. My biggest gripe would be the parking, it is first come first serve. Sometimes when I come home later there is only 1 spot available in front my building (and its not really in front its off to the side almost into the next set of parking) - and I am actually supposed to have 2 cars for my place but luckily only have 1. Overpriced! They micromanage EVERYTHING. You will not be able to put bikes, gym equip or just about anything on our balcony. If you want to add an extra car, or an extra key, or make any changes you will need both homeowners to hand sign every new change instead of doing an electronic update or instead of using a power of attorney So for you military folks good luck! 3 of the 4 work orders were completed, however while moving the refrigerator a dish was broken, nothing was said about it to me or anyone else in the apartment the time, it was then left and pushed up into the corner behind the fridge. This is totally unacceptable.
