I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and I can honestly say they have a superb maintenance staff and a simple online maintenance request system that will email you before and after the request is fulfilled. The maintenance staff are always pretty quick and thorough when meeting every request.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Everything was excellent from the application process , to move in and the maintenance requests. Jessica is amazing and extremely helpful and responsive. All the staff are friendly and welcoming! I had a few minor maintenance work orders at move in and Casey responds very quickly coming the same day or next day to fix any issues. My neighbors are friendly so far as well. And it’s super quiet here! The apartment, community and amenities are very nice looking and well kept.... read more

Recently I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced. Surprisingly it came in with in a few days. My maintenance gentleman installed it in less than 1/2 hr. He was extremely polite and quiet. I so very much appreciated these guys, and Ms Jessica for their efforts.

I am really enjoying the atmosphere , the apartment is great and my new neighbors seem friendly, but so far I think Clairmont at brier Creek’s greatest asset would be their STAFF. Super friendly, from the “ninja”maintenance workers that get in and get out without being seen to the wonderfully helpful people at the office. You guys really know what you’re doing. Thanks.
