Kevin is an excellent service provider. He checks in and comes in a timely way when needed between regular visits.
Appreciate the phone message with the update on the approaching service schedule. Also, since I was unavailable, Kevin left a detailed phone message about the service(s) he completed. Excellent communications.
No ants, good job.
I'm not sure if this is just for the last visit or for all the visits. The service as a whole has been very satisfactory. There was only once when I sent a message saying no one had come for quite a long time...there was no reply but someone did come spray a few days later. I think they come from outside of town now.
Our guy comes as promised and it has improved the problem

Excellent service as usual.
Over the past three months we have had three different technicians. As a result, we have to identify areas of concern to each one of them. Waste of our time. The company changes technicians without any notices to us. Three Stars are given simply because the technicians do the work.
Kevin did a great job cleaning all the webs from our house and then spraying. He's a very hard worker and very meticulous. Thank you very much. Tim & Sue Cummings
