Chris comes regularly, whether I am home or not. Dusts the outside of the house first, maybe inspects for various things, then carefully sprays the outside of the house and part of the garden with 2 different solutions. If he sees a problem, he tells me or leaves a note. We have talked about what is and is not legal, so he will not set mouse traps, but has suggested different ways to discourage mice.
