Even though they can’t get rid of my pest problem someone is always there to listen and send somebody out. And Clark always answers the phone - no sitting on hold for 5 or 10 minutes. The service rep that comes out is so kind and always has time to listen to your problem- he never gets an attitude.
Been using you guys for at least a year now? Ants. Can't say enough about the service, friendly attitude and response. However we still have ants. Not a lot but they still show up. Sometimes just a few in the morning in the kitchen. I know ants can be stubborn but would love to solve the problem once and for all if possible. Would have been 5 stars but gave a 3 since, well I still have ants, sorry. Mike Ramey

The service is great only have a few things that bother me. One is that I have a service technician and have asked that he be the only one to service my house because I have a gate and a fence. There have been a few times they have sent someone else who does not know how to get into the gate and has to wake up our roommate. The other is that I don’t think they spay the grass or for fleas. We have had and infestation of fleas come into our house.
Tech Miguel is timely, professional, polite, and listens to our occasional concerns. Would highly recommend.
It's a bummer to lose a tech as excellent as Lee Shinabarger. Regarding our most recent service, June 9, we got very little notice (less than 12 hours) of the upcoming service. The scheduled service was changed when I called to complain. We need at LEAST 24 hours advance notice; a week would be better. We need to be here especially since there seems to be a new technician every service since Lee retired. The new tech was very nice but did not leave an invoice so I could mail payment immediately.
