The technicians are excellent, the staff that answers phones in the office and /or answers emails however are poor at best. I has begun searching for a local pest control company that can be more responsive to requests for service. Having a representative tell you to wait a week or two for your monthly service visit is just not acceptable. Rodney listened to me!
Even though they can’t get rid of my pest problem someone is always there to listen and send somebody out. And Clark always answers the phone - no sitting on hold for 5 or 10 minutes. The service rep that comes out is so kind and always has time to listen to your problem- he never gets an attitude.
Been using you guys for at least a year now? Ants. Can't say enough about the service, friendly attitude and response. However we still have ants. Not a lot but they still show up. Sometimes just a few in the morning in the kitchen. I know ants can be stubborn but would love to solve the problem once and for all if possible. Would have been 5 stars but gave a 3 since, well I still have ants, sorry. Mike Ramey

The service is great only have a few things that bother me. One is that I have a service technician and have asked that he be the only one to service my house because I have a gate and a fence. There have been a few times they have sent someone else who does not know how to get into the gate and has to wake up our roommate. The other is that I don’t think they spay the grass or for fleas. We have had and infestation of fleas come into our house.
