My criteria for a good job is not having any "critters" in the house. Other than the occasional spider who comes in on logs and kindling meant for the fireplace, I have not had any multi-legged creatures inside. Good job!
Our service tech is always professional and friendly and very detailed in his work
I am disappointed, I get no warning calls for a visit , when no one goes inside to check on things! And for a 125 dollars visit that lasts a few minutes I feel it is too much !
