I think the control of pest is fine. I absolutely hate that your techs just show up without prior notice. I have expressed this concern before but it apparently does not trouble you as it does me. This was not a problem when it was Simple Pest Control. I will be checking out orher providers at this point. I find this business model rude.
Service Persons are always polite and cheerful. They do their work with a minimum of fuss and we seem to be pest free.
My tech calls me ahead of time to let me know my next service. And he is very friendly and does a great job!!!
