I like that my service tech is hands on and responds to my needs when they arise. The office staff are professional and very nice.
The service, maintenance, and technicians at Clark are great as well as company management. I have always been treated with respect and certainly feel I am a valued customer. On occasion where a call back is necessary, Clark comes back out and treats again at no charge. The value is good but the excellent customer service is hard to find these days. Your service is great. Your technicians are always thorough and they explain the services they performed and advise us of problems that they have noticed. Your office staff is friendly and helpful.
We are usually contacted before the service date. Service person lets us know he is on the premises and what he will be doing, gives precautions if necessary. Thanks for the good work.
