Great service! Technician Jose Zuniga is always available. He explains and is very knowledgeable.
I submitted a review back in August 2015, but it was never posted. I had mentioned that my initial tech was great and really did a good job. But our now usual tech has not done as good a job. I find webs everywhere, which i believe he is supposed to bring down. I'm still finding ants in the problem areas outside. I hope someone can correct this, b/c otherwise I will be changing pest companies.

My bimonthly service has been terrific. My technician, Skip, is extremely nice and helpful. I live behind an open field, and Skip always leaves a note for me on my invoice regarding rodent activity after checking the bait station that is in my yard. Recently, I had a problems with ants in my shower and later rats in my yard and possibly in my attic. For both of these problems, Skip made several special trips to my house to consult with me.
