I was very satisfied with the care that was given by Dr. Feliciano and her team. She is the reason why I have decided to switch to Loyola. I felt that while I was under her care in the ER I had the best of the best. Thank you for all you've done!
Everyone was so kind and understanding and I really felt like all the staff genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to do everything they could to help me feel better.
I have been to the er at Loyola with my dad several times and always experience extremely long wait times (10-13 HOURS). It didn't matter the day of the week or time of day!! I don't know how the doctors are scheduled, but clearly, something needs to change!!
They made me and my 1year old sit in the hallway almost 3 hours in the ER never got a room didnt run any test only a nose swab literally before we walked out the door now im still up at 3am trying to figure out what going on with my baby NEVER AGAIN ! If a parent is presenting concerns yall listen and not sit on google making diagnoses. They keep touching my child without PPE
