We had a very welcoming experience the minute we walked through the front doors at Clayton Heights. Paige, the client services coordinator, is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She assisted with many of the first steps which made the move a pleasant experience. We met many of the staff in the first week including social worker Teena, Eva from OT and nurse Lady. A beautiful facility - warm, welcoming and immaculately maintained. Much more importantly, the staff have all been wonderful with our Dad. Staff are kind, calm and always quick to offer assistance. It’s been less than 2 months, but our Dad seems settled and “at home”. His response when family leaves is always the same - “you don’t need to rush back!” - and that says it all… it tells us he feels comfortable, safe and cared for. I am so very grateful with the care my Mom and my children's Grandma is receiving from this wonderful facility. The staff is absolutely outstanding, kind and caring.
