Henry is not new at this, he didn’t just put the system in! He made sure that when he left the area, it was clean, tidy and he made sure I knew where the septic was placed and marked it accordingly for a homeowner to have knowledge about his property especially when it came to the system! Henry came out this morning to inspect our septic system. He showed up on time as promised and communicated all along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to take the time to explain my whole system. He will definitely be my go to for all septic needs.
Henry is very polite and responsive. During the process of buying my house, I called around to get quotes. He had the cheapest quote and a quick turn around. He even came out to see where he would be going and spent some time talking and getting to know us. Great customer service. Unfortunately, ShowCase dropped the ball getting all of his info (since he wasnt the usual contractor) and there is a 30 day delay if we still want to use him.
