The Clean & Green team did a great job cleaning out my entire HVAC system of mold growth. The house had a terrible smell that I had multiple professionals attempt to diagnose. Clean & Green quickly identified the mold issue and took steps to begin remediation the same day, and finished the entire clean out of the system within 24 hours. Cleaned the whole system, replaced molded vents and resealed my duct work (the source of some of the problem). The smell was finally gone! Highly recommend for HVAC cleaning and treatment.
Benjamin was truly exceptional an outstanding professional who guided me through every step of the air duct cleaning process. He ensured a thorough cleaning of all my air ducts and left my home spotless. Impressively, he documented the process with photos and videos, demonstrating genuine dedication to doing the job right. Nonresponsive. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Clean & Green Air Duct Cleaning. Trying to request their services, I e-mailed a service request on 3/5, didn’t hear back after three days, and sent follow-up messages on 3/8 and 3/10 (this morning). I also submitted a request on their app. on 3/8. The company didn’t respond to anything. It seems like they could have at least replied to say they weren’t available.
After having an initial estimate from a popular larger company, my husband and I decided to get a second opinion. Ben, the owner of Green Air Home Services, came and gave us a knowledgeable, free, no pressure estimate of what needed to be done with our ductwork.
