We recently discovered not one but two water leaks in our home. Clean Image came in and did everything they could to turn this situation into a manageable one. Amy's communication was outstanding, and the technicians did a great job of drying out the wet areas and removing the mold. They also worked with the contractor who had been remodeling our home to make the process smooth so that he could finish his work once theirs was done. We highly recommend Clean Image!
I couldn't have asked or received better customer service especially considering the circumstances. They are professional, communication is excellent, and very caring during one of the hardest, traumatic events I have ever had to experience. I found my husband deceased in our home on a Thursday night in December . I did not actually use Clean Image Services, but Nathan took the time to talk to me all about their services and the industry in general and was just a super nice and down to earth guy. Very personable and responsive. They also did some work for a friend of mine who only had positive things to say about the experience.
Amy was nice, helpful and easy to reach when we had questions. Rod kept us informed thru e-mail and phone calls on his progress with our insurance's claims agent. Supporting crew did a good job in our home and were professional. Our only complaint was that Amy on her initial visit and assessment had me sign off on what I thought standard procedure.
