From the first phone call on a Saturday last summer, after finding a water break and major disaster in our parents vacant home, we were preparing for sale, to one year later meeting with the project manager to go over the punch list items at the end of the rebuild, our entire experience with Clean Image Services and their staff has been tremendous. We are so grateful for the thorough and professional job done by Clean Image ML. Amy and Jose were kind, explained everything clearly and were careful with our home and belongings. They worked quickly and did their best to make sure our home was still livable while they did their work. I was happy and relieved during a stressful time because of the care we received.
I highly recommend Clean Image Services for your Fire/Water restoration needs. I recently had a flood and they came out right away, found the source started pulling flooring and getting blowers and dehumidifiers going. They were very professional with taking before and after photos and making sure to not damage anything extra in the demo/dry out process. Clean Image came to the house same day we experienced water damage. Shaun stayed on task cleaning up the water and taking care of boxing our inventory. Kitty kept us updated on when employees would be at the house. Elisha setup a walk through to look at what was done and what we could expect going forward. Steve came out to meet us face to face and brought paperwork over to be signed instead of us having to meet up with him. They took care of me and my family. Advocated for us when insurance wasn’t being helpful. They have great communication. And the guy who rebuilt everything did a wonderful job and I would hire him again for home projects.
