Clean Image came to the house same day we experienced water damage. Shaun stayed on task cleaning up the water and taking care of boxing our inventory. Kitty kept us updated on when employees would be at the house. Elisha setup a walk through to look at what was done and what we could expect going forward. Steve came out to meet us face to face and brought paperwork over to be signed instead of us having to meet up with him. Clean image went above and beyond helping us. They gave suggestions when they didn’t have to, and were very helpful with the insurance process. I highly recommend using them and would use them next time from start to finish of any project because of there knowledge of working with insurance companies which would make for less of a headache for any home owner.

We recently discovered not one but two water leaks in our home. Clean Image came in and did everything they could to turn this situation into a manageable one. Amy's communication was outstanding, and the technicians did a great job of drying out the wet areas and removing the mold. They also worked with the contractor who had been remodeling our home to make the process smooth so that he could finish his work once theirs was done. We highly recommend Clean Image!

I did not actually use Clean Image Services, but Nathan took the time to talk to me all about their services and the industry in general and was just a super nice and down to earth guy. Very personable and responsive. They also did some work for a friend of mine who only had positive things to say about the experience.

Amy was nice, helpful and easy to reach when we had questions. Rod kept us informed thru e-mail and phone calls on his progress with our insurance's claims agent. Supporting crew did a good job in our home and were professional. Our only complaint was that Amy on her initial visit and assessment had me sign off on what I thought standard procedure. She did not tell us that we were signing a contract which stated we had chosen Clean Image as our restoration company. We did not find this out until later when Rod, on the phone ... read more
