I want to know the credit card you have on file. You keep charging my card eventhough I have only had 3 sessions. I am requesting an immediate refund on all the payments you charged without my authorizing. This is serious fraud.

Do not recommend. My child had an appointment at 4 pm Tuesday, 7/14. Late Sunday night, 7/12, he began developing severe flu symptoms with a high fever, vomiting, sore throat, etc. At 5 am I was on the phone with his physician. At 6:40 AM, Monday morning, 7/13, I left a message alerting Clear Mind Counseling that my son was sick and that we needed to reschedule.
