My daughter's experience with Clear Orthodontics has been deeply disappointing. Despite being told her Invisalign treatment would take around one year, it's been over three years with minimal progress. Attachments were carelessly replaced, causing constant breakages, and the orthodontists change frequently without notice, leaving us without guidance. This lack of care and transparency is unacceptable.
This place is excellent, all the staff are pleasant and friendly. 5 stars service from Sina, thank you very much. I went there for my free consultation, and i was treated with a 5 star service and professionalism. If i ever need orthodontist i would definitely come back here and i would recommend it to anyone who needs orthodontist.
The Caroline Springs receptionist was very arrogant and rude on the phone with me today. Fri 1st December 2023 Please, advise her to be polite and welcoming, as her attitude may affect your business in a bad way
I wish I could give this orthodontist zero stars, but unfortunately, one star is the lowest option. My experience with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have encountered a series of issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment with this orthodontist. I had a very disappointing experience with Clear Orthodontics. I was accused of owing $900 for an account that I had paid off 2 and a half years ago for my Invisalign treatment. I was shocked and frustrated, as I knew that I had paid off the account in full. Despite my protests, the receptionist did not seem to believe me and I was forced to go through 36 months worth of bank statements backdated from 2018 to 2021 to find the payments that they had missed.
