Derek and Spencer were amazing!!! I take care of my own pool and My pool was a little green so Spencer came out and within a day back to beautiful!! I am super impressed with the honesty and kindness of this company! Derek Was so helpful! Thank you! It was the best money I spent all summer.. I will definitely be calling Clear Pool Solutions if I decide I would like pool Service ..
Responsive, prompt and courteous despite summer and rain when Spencer arrived day after I called. ID’d the problem and when Derek came to install, he offered alternative option that was more appropriate for my situation. Back the next day to install, including recommendations for chemicals. Extremely pleased. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Derek from Clear Pool Solutions . My only regret is I can only give him five stars.He quickly returned my call and came out the next day. He was able to very quickly repair the problem with my pump and charged a very nominal service charge. He did not try to upsell me and only pointed out a few things that would need to be repaired in the future. I asked for an estimate and was VERY pleasantly surprised at the cost For the repair repairs. I have finally found a fair and honest pool repair person.
Clear Pool Solutions is super reliable and budget friendly. We needed to have our pool drained, cleaned, and refilled, and they were able to complete the entire job in less than a week. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Clear Pool Solutions have been great! I have used them for over 3 years now since my pool was built. They are definitely committed to great service and are always helpful when I have questions. The communication from the company is top tier and I really enjoy getting the email after the service is completed letting me know what all they did with pictures! Great company, will recommend to anyone.
