Filing a complaint against clear Rate communication. I'll see how this unfolds
*********************** provided very professional service and helped correct an error in a previous call dealing with our 800#. She sent me the form to complete so the problem could be fixed. My rating is for the call I just completed with **** and not the calls previously where my issues haven't been resolved.Hopefully my two problems will be fixed very quickly. When the phones aren't working properly then we're not receiving calls from customers who want to place orders or let us know about concerns they have. These probl... read more

Clear Rate is giving me the best service I have had in this location. We are a forgotten little community with no DSL from our provider Century Link. We are not hundreds of miles away like ***** ** ******** ******. We are less than 20 miles from ******* ****** and less than 10 miles from **********, but Century Link gives us no DSL. It is nice to give my money to a company that seems to care. I still have no DSL but Clear Rate gives me the best in land line service!

I have had Clear Rate for a number of years and they are a wonderful alternative. Pricing is very affordable and the customer service is top notch especially during Covid-19 I've been very satisfied with the response time to get someone on the phone and my issues and or questions are always handled in an efficient manner. My only regret is not having heard of them earlier. I even recommended them to my parents so they could experience the savings and excellent customer service themselves.
