I've seen several psychiatrist offices, but Clearwater has been the best. They definitely make me feel like I have a say in my treatment. Refills are always sent on time and the office is very good at following up on prior authorizations and other requests. Excellent team overall!
My nurse practitioner, Emily, at Clearwater understands the emotional overwhelm that comes with ADHD, depression and anxiety, yet also does a great job of helping me steer clear of landing on the rocks of self pity, regret, or anger. She's well versed on all of the medications. The med she put me on has helped me to take care of myself and grow as a person more than ever before in my life. I think she listens more fully than any M.D. I've been to for the same issues.
My DR was amazing and thorough No complaints with her Unfortunately the office that manages the drs are pretty, they don’t care about patients as much as the drs do: again the office just manages the drs. They’re not patient centered at all. They’re profit centered. If it’s not about money they don’t care much. Only reason this review is 3 star instead of 1 star is because the dr was good
