The staff here truly went above and beyond to care for my son. Their compassion and dedication helped him navigate some of his most challenging times. They actively sought my perspective as a parent—something no other facility has ever done. I thought this may have made a good impact on how to navigate through his therapy. My experience at Clearbrook Treatment Center was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. One of the biggest problems was a staff member named Johnathon, who came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in actually helping clients. Any time concerns were brought up, it felt like they were brushed aside instead of taken seriously. For a treatment center, the lack of compassion and professionalism was shocking. Coming to Clearbrook for my rehab experience was absolutely one of the best decisions of my life. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind...compassion from all the staff from day one made the transition very comfortable. Groups were VERY helpful and a place to open up and share without judgment. Daily walks around the pond outside was also quite helpful and the beds are SO comfortable which is extremely important for good night's sleep. 21 days and I'm leaving here feeling alive again! I

I had a great experience at Clearbrook! From my therapist to the group facilitators to the food everything was top notch. I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with substance use and their mental health.

Clearbrook is an amazing, supportive, fantastically organized and extremely helpful residential community to explore. Staff are incredibly helpful and resourceful, food is amazing consistently, accommodations in living quarters are great, and I personally left with new knowledge about myself, my addiction and my mental health.
