As in my 3 previous experiences at ClearChoice, each and every employee I met or helped me toward my goal was friendly, professional and most importantly, patient. Yesterday's visit was no different. The front staff welcomed me back and complimented on my new smile. The employee assisting me that day immediately put me at ease. She was kind and answered every question I posed. If this survey offered 10 stars instead of 5, she would have received 10.
So I had to make a call about a problem I was having with an implant. My fault, it broke. From the first phone call that I made to Kathy with the k walking me out the front door was a very calming experience. Your entire staff that I dealt with today from the receptionist to bill in the lab and Kathy they made me realize what a great investment I made going with clear choice. I am a senior citizen who just bit the bullet and am starting over with new dentures and implants. I'm still quite sore but to date the CC staff has been very responsive and accommodating regarding questions, adjustments, and schedule.. I expect the best and CC is interested in providing that so far

Doctor Zac has assembled a wonderful and professional support team. They will do everything to make sure the customer is satisfied. I recently have had their surgical team lead by Dr Abedini perform oral surgery on me. He is truly an asset to Clear Choice. An excellent surgeon with a great personality. A win/win for Clear Choice and there clients.
Went for my last appointment today, before getting my permanent implants on Feb 23rd. This journey started last March, with my initial consultation. I knew from day one that I was going with clear choice. My heartfelt thanks to everyone from the staff to the dentists. They were not judge mental, they were there to help. My journey is almost done, and I have clear choice to thank for giving my smile back! God bless you all!!!
