This place deserved every single award for customer service it has received. I was so nervous in the waiting room I was about to leave. I muttered to my husband I wish I had my dog here. I went to Dr. Duncan for a second opinion after my first dentist told me implants were my only option. I was already convinced and just wanted to compare prices, but Dr. Duncan took a completely different approach. Instead of jumping to sell me on implants, he suggested I go back to my original dentist to see if they could re-cement my bridge before considering anything more invasive or expensive. I researched dental implants and Clear Choice stood out I was very impressed with the consultation!! I felt a Rainbow when I left I was soo excited to have made the appointment and received good financing. The team was amazing on surgery day. I'm am very pleased with my new teeth. Clearchoice Dental Implant Center in Newport Beach is top notch. I visited to more than 6 other dental implant centers and the prices were fairly consistent; expensive. Insurance considers implants as cosmetic, but when you cannot eat, speak or are afraid to smile; this negatively affects personal nutrition, work and social wellness. I am young compared to most patients at Clearchoice and have had a pretty tough past that landed me in their offices. I was so humiliated because of my teeth. I could not eat. After moving to Orange County I needed to find a new dentist so I went to the highest rated one on Yelp and they told me I needed a ton of work and one of my teeth needed to be pulled and replaced with an implant. I knew ClearChoice was the place to go for implants so I held off on doing any work at this "high rated" office. I have been under the care of Dr.Dunkin DDS and his surgeon Dr. Phiefer. I can only say it has made this process their priority for me and I know for everyone they treat. This Newport Beach Clear Choice is wonderful! I just had All On 4 implants, upper and lower yesterday! The teeth are beautifully done and the staff, all of them, are lovely and very skillful people. They are like a family there. Dr. Duncan's expertise, Mercy's smile, Josh's confidence, Nicole's thoughtfulness with getting answers to questions, the lovely talented gentleman who made my teeth, the expert surgeon who extracted my teeth and placed the implants, and the office administrator all put together a very nice proces... read more
