I can’t say I’d recommend this place. I had a 2:15 PM appointment—supposedly the last one of the day—but someone walked in at 2:30 and was taken in before me. Despite filling out all the paperwork in advance, I was made to do it again. Then, instead of proceeding with my appointment, they insisted on giving me a tour, even though I had already been there before and was ready to make a buying decision. This place is unique in many ways. Most importantly for me, is that they are all about customer service. They actually “get it”. The lifeblood of their business is their clients and everything they do is geared and focused 100% on them and client satisfaction. This specific staff(Ft.Myers office) goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their clients. Teresa and her staff are top of line. All the employees are trained professionals and know their job the best. Dr Hall has done 3 implants for me and he is the best !! Strongly recommend this business
Had full mouth implants from ClearChoice. I was terrified thinking of the process, so I had put it off for years. Everyone on the staff at the Fort Myers location were wonderful and made me feel completely comfortable with the whole process. Had surgery in Feb and final set of teeth in Aug. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend the Fort Myers office.
I can’t begin to praise the staff at Clear Choice enough! Dr. Hall was amazing, and everyone in the office is truly kind and compassionate. I went with both top and bottom arches. You are treated like family. They genuinely care. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10. My dentist told me my bottom teeth were too far gone to continue to work on them.
