It's all about their making money, not about the well-being of a client. They are all polite but indifferent to a patient's needs. You often have to leave a message as nobody answers the phone, and then they never call you back. The quality of surgeries remains to be improved. The surgeon never mentions what he is doing. It's frustrating to sit with a widely open mouth, so uncomfortable and scared, and not even get a hint when this torture is going to come to an end. The quality of service is not worth the costs. I had an initial consult scheduled for the first thing in the morning and arrived before any other patients. Despite this, I sat in the office for over an hour waiting to see one of the dentists, until I finally left in frustration 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I have no idea how the dental care is, but given the lack of consideration shown in a routine consult, I would not care to put myself under the knife with them.
