I just walked out of the facility after waiting 45 minutes. Sat there with no updates unless I asked. Was told they only had two representatives working and the process takes an hour or so. No one really has time to wait that long for an appointment. I wouldn't recommend them. The facility was nice inside. The people were somewhat concerned but the scheduling is horrid.
