I had an excellent experience at the Lake Lansing office. the staff was top notch from the receptionist to Dr Yousuf to his assistant Sarah. Also Jen whom did my initial consultation. The first couple weeks were uncomfortable after pulling and putting my temporary teeth in, but after that everything went smoothly. Very compassionate and extremely gentle.
